Ways in which technology can improve innovation were contrasted against those that inadvertently hinder it.

The available evidence suggests that allowing our mobile computing devices to continually distract us from the task at hand is detrimental to the creative process. Technology that is specifically-designed to facilitate visualisation, co-working and idea sharing, on the other hand, can facilitate it.
