Mueller X My Protein Campaign

In Spring 2025, Neuroformed Ltd contributed to the Mueller X My Protein "Sweat to Spark" campaign by evaluating the latest neuroscience and psychology literature on the topic of how exercise can prime a brain for social interaction.

Our CEO, Dr Jack Lewis, hosted the launch event at the NO RESTaurant experience in central London to explain how physical exercise boosts levels of myokine, oxytocin and anandamide circulating in the body and brain to prime participants for social interactions.

The event was attended by a wide variety of notable influencers and a huge amount of high quality press coverage was generated by this fun, innovative and highly original event aimed at helping members of Gen Z improve their social life by scheduling social events directly after a work out.

74% of young adults say that finding social connection is harder than ever before and with 1 in 3 Brits admitting to joining a gym class or run club to meet new people it seems clear that the neuroscience-informed insights that underpinned this campaign are resonating with the target audience.
