Take a 10 min screen break every hour
Do "yogic" eye exercises in the 10 min break
Every 20 mins, look at least 20 metres into the distance, for 20 seconds
Limit social media to 1-2 hours per day
Thou shalt not binge
No screens in the bedroom
One app at a time
Thou shalt not troll
Always favour offline over online
Spend time online learning things that enrich life when offline
